初夏，披着一身绿叶儿在暖风里跳动着来了，蓝天四围包裹着一层似雾非雾的白气。伴着明媚的阳光，和着轻柔的微风，万源城协和双语学校二年级与四年级先锋班的家长们和孩子们分别来到了美帆俱乐部和奉贤海湾国家森林公园开展了亲子乐翻天活动。In the early summer, the green leaves swayed in the warm wind, and the blue sky was surrounded by a layer of fog. With bright sunshine and gentle breeze, the second graders and their parents who traveled all the way to the Shanghai Yachting Club, and grade four students trip to Fengxian Forest Park.早晨，二年级五个班的小朋友露出了和阳光一样灿烂的笑容，带着对“美帆活动”的满满期待，整齐有序地出发了。大约一个半小时之后，我们来到了位于上海市青浦区的美帆游艇俱乐部，在老师和志愿者的带领下，我们来到了活动项目的举行地点。简短的休息过后，小朋友们就卸下背包，舒展筋骨，准备迎接挑战啦！
In the morning, the weather was exceptionally clear.The children in the fifth class of the second grade showed the same brilliant smile as the sunshine.With full expectation of “Meifan activities”, we set out in an orderly manner.About an hour and a half later, we arrived at the Meifan Yacht Club, which is in Qingpu District. Under the leadership of teachers and volunteers, we come to the venue.After a short rest, the children unload their backpacks, stretch their muscles and bones, ready to meet the challenge!
此次活动一共安排了六个项目，分别为棒球、躲避球、帆船、艺术活动、高尔夫以及定向越野。在棒球活动中，小朋友们各尽其责，为争取所在团队的胜利竭尽全力，躲避球在家长的配合下也顺利进行，小朋友们“各显身姿”，只为不被那“倒霉的皮球”砸中。帆船活动不仅让小朋友和家长们在专业教练的带领下体验了一把冲浪的乐趣，同时也进行了相关的艺术品制作，即用小木板和胶枪黏成一个简易的帆船，同时还在船帆上写下了自己想说的话，成为一艘“私人订制”的小船。高尔夫球是孩子们期待已久的项目了，这项运动看似简单，其实是对耐心和精确性的一种考验，实际操作起来还不是那么容易呢！定向越野活动则是经过精心设计的，它不仅考验小朋友和家长的速度，还考验他们的细心程度，真是充满了挑战性！
The event includes six activities: baseball, dodge-ball, sailing, art, golf and orienteering.In baseball activities, children do their best to win the team.The children “show themselves” just to avoid being hit by the “unlucky ball”.Sailing activities not only let children and parents experience the joy of surfing under the guidance of professional coaches, but also make related works of art.They glue boards and rubber guns to form a simple sailing boat. They also write down what they want to say on the sail and become a “privately ordered” boat.Golf is an expectant sport for children.This sport seems simple, but it is actually a test of patience and accuracy. It is not so easy to operate in practice.Orienteering is carefully designed. It not only tests the speed of children and parents, but also their meticulousness. It is full of challenges!
最后，激动人心的时刻到了，举办方挑选出了一些表现优异的小朋友，为他们举行了颁奖仪式，更为每个班准备了纪念品，作为大家在活动过程中积极参与的一种鼓励！美好的一天即将结束，小朋友们手拉着手，用欢声笑语为这次丰富充实的活动画上了圆满的句号。
Finally, the organizers select some outstanding children and hold an award ceremony for them.They prepare souvenirs for each class as an encouragement for everyone to actively participate in the activities.At the end of a beautiful day, the children hold hands and draw a happy ending to this enriched activity with laughter.
四年级的孩子们和家长们来到了奉贤海湾国家森林公园，在进行热身游戏后，每个班的家长和孩子自由组合成了5组，以相互竞赛的形式找到每个打卡点，完成打卡。大家一路奔走，一路寻找，欢呼声不时回荡在蓝天中。
Take a look at the fourth grade trip to Fengxian Forest Park! After warming up, the parents and children of each class are freely combined into 5 groups to find each punching point in the form of mutual competition and complete the punching. 下午的舞龙活动更是让全场沸腾起来。在了解了制作过程后，孩子们忙得不亦乐乎。吹气球，扎气球，排练舞龙。当班主任老师们为龙添上点睛之笔后，在一片欢呼声中，一条条由孩子们和家长们亲手制作的中国龙在绚烂的阳光下尽情舞动着，仿佛是在腾云驾雾，升腾于云团之间。在这锣鼓喧天中释放着光与彩，亦如充满活力的大小朋友们。
