小学部运动会 Primary School Sports Meeting5月8日，一年级先锋班全体师生、家长齐聚在一起，跑跳、欢笑、加油，用一场热闹又温暖的亲子运动会，把快乐和陪伴写满整个初夏。On May 8th, the school playground turned into a sea of joy. All teachers, students and parents of Grade 1 Pioneer Class gathered together, running, jumping, laughing and cheering. With a lively and warm Parent-Child Sports Day, we filled the early summer with happiness and companionship.
5月6日，小学部万源班一至五年级春季田径运动会在学校运动场隆重举行。师生齐聚赛场，共同参与这场凝聚活力、展现风采的体育盛会。On May 6, the Spring Track and Field Meet for Grades 1 to 5 of Class Wanyuan, Primary Division, was grandly held at the school stadium. Teachers and students gathered at the venue to join this vibrant sports event that showcases vitality and talent.

Hand in hand, children and their parents stretched their bodies in nature, warmed each other’s hearts through interactions, and grew through challenges, gathering small families into the warm and friendly big family of Xiehe.
初中部篮球挑战赛 Middle School Basketball Challenge
5 月 9 日，我校篮球挑战赛顺利举办，初中部全体中外教师全程参与，从清晨的开幕式到全天的赛事比拼，全校师生共同见证了这场热血的运动盛会。本次赛事历经小组赛、淘汰赛与冠季军决赛的层层角逐，最终评选出个人赛：投篮大赛、跑篮大赛、最具价值球员；各年级冠亚季军、最具凝聚力团体、道德风尚团体等多个奖项，充分展现了学子的运动风采与班级凝聚力。On May 9, our school held a successful Basketball Challenge, with all junior high Chinese and foreign teachers participating throughout. The entire school witnessed this thrilling event from the morning opening ceremony to full-day matches. After group stages, knockout rounds and the final, awards were presented for individual events (Shooting Contest, Layup Contest, MVP) and team honors (grade champions/runners-up/third place, Most Cohesive Group, Fair Play Group), showcasing students’ athletic talent and class unity.

九年级期中表彰分享会 Grade 9 Mid-term Recognition & Sharing Session5 月7 日，我校九年级期中表彰及经验交流分享会顺利举行，优秀学子代表上台分享学习方法与备考经验，为同学们传经送宝。会上对 “学习之星”“进步之星” 等优秀学生进行了表彰，孙主任的暖心寄语也为九年级学子的冲刺之路注入了满满动力。The Grade 9 Mid-term Recognition and Experience Sharing Session took place on May 7. Outstanding student representatives shared study methods and exam preparation tips with their peers. Awards were given to “Academic Stars” and “Progress Stars,” and Director Sun of the Junior High Department delivered an encouraging speech, boosting the students’ motivation for the upcoming sprint toward high school entrance exams.
高中心理月活动 Mental Health Month activities for high school作为五月高中心理月活动的一部分，5月8日-9日，高中部老师们一起制作了果实摇铃。通过沉浸制作摇铃的过程，感受与自然的连接、寻找内心的平静。As part of the Mental Health Month activities for high school in May, teachers of the High School Department made fruit shell rattle together on May 8–9. Immersed in the hand-making process, they reconnected with nature and found inner peace.
