在上一期的“防疫安全,一‘图’了然”中,向大家介绍了在即将回归的校园生活中防疫安全的要点,那么在实际的防控工作中,整个校区是否已经在入校检测流程、相关防疫知识宣传、抗疫物资准备、防控应急预案制定、就餐流程完善等多项工作中做好充分准备了呢?

△免洗洗手液

- 各主干道的免洗洗手液:在所有公共区域的关键主干道都放置有免洗洗手液,方便学生和教职工的每时每刻清洁双手的需求。
- Hand sanitizers in main aisles: Hand sanitizers are placed in main aisles of the public areas to meet the needs of students and faculty at all the time.
- 学校各教室、大厅、大剧院、学习资源中心、卫生间等公共区域,每日严格按照消毒流程进行消杀,专人专项负责。
- Every classroom and public areas like school hall, Thespis Hall, Learning Resource Center, bathrooms etc. will be daily disinfected and sterilized according to relative process charged by specially-assigned people.

- 废弃口罩回收处理专用桶:在主干道等关键位置放置黄色的废弃口罩专用垃圾桶。
- Buckets for retrieving abandoned masks: Specialized yellow buckets will be placed in the key spots of the main aisles to collect abandoned masks.
※ 教室篇 Classrooms - 班级测温消毒点:全校各教室均备有测温消毒物资,包括:免洗洗手液、消毒液、消毒湿巾、备用口罩、电子体温计、保鲜袋、一次性手套(小初教室)等。
- Class Temperature-taking and Disinfection Spot:
A set of prevention supply will be placed beside every classroom. It includes hand sanitizer, disinfectant, disinfectant wipes, masks, electronic thermometers, storage bags, disposable gloves (in Primary & Middle school classrooms) and so on for sudden needs.
△备用物资
- 放学后,保洁人员将对每间教室进行擦拭式消毒或紫外线消毒,保持教室开窗通风并一一记录在案。
- After school, every classroom will be disinfected by cleaners with sterilization supplies or ultraviolet irradiation equipment. Windows will be opened to ventilate. All of them will also be recorded down.
- 通风、消毒信息记录:在所有教室的后门背上,都有一张本间教室的通风消毒时间记录表,随时了解本间教室的通风消毒情况。
- Ventilation,Disinfection Information and Record: A recording timetable of ventilation,disinfection information will be posted on the back of the door of every classroom for reference at any time.
※ 就餐篇 Canteen
餐厅准备情况 Canteen Preparations
- 所有餐厅人员已全部通过相关的健康检查并取得健康证,工作时全程保持佩戴口罩、头套、手套等。
- All the canteen staff have passed the relative health exams and are required to wear masks, head covers, gloves and other hygienic protections the whole period at school.
△餐厅人员日常消毒检查及培训
- 餐厅在固定时间段进行全面的打扫与通风、消毒措施并一一记录在案。
- Comprehensive ventilation and disinfection will be implemented in canteen at a fixed period and recorded down.
教职工及学生食堂就餐 Faculty and High School Students Dining - 体温午测及排队就餐:排队时请按照一米线间隔要求逐个测温。
- Queuing up for temperature-taking before lunch: Please keep the distance at one-meter intervals and take the temperature one by one in the line.

- 就餐前的手部清洁:师生使用流动水或免洗洗手液,根据正确的七步洗手法洗净双手。
- Washing hands before eating: Faculty and students need to wash hands by Seven-Step Hand-Washing Method with running water or hand sanitizers.
- 学生餐厅入口处公示就餐座位表,按年级划分就餐区域。根据座位表对号入座,确保座位人员信息可追溯。
- Seating charts are posted at the entrance of the students’ canteen which are arranged by grades and classes. Please sit in the right seat and do not change your seat without any approvals.

特殊时期所有套餐按照一人一份提前放置好,无需排队领餐,吃完后无需交还餐具,直接离开即可。 During this special period, all the set meals are placed on the tables in advance that students don’t need to queue up for picking the sets. Leave canteen directly without returning the tableware. - 教职工就餐时,按“就餐位”标识点位就坐用餐。
- Faculty Dining: Please be seated according to the arranged marks of ‘Dining Spot’.
- 结束用餐后,需立即戴上口罩,应遵循单向通行的原则,从指定出口离开,避免人员聚集。
- Put on your masks right after you finish your meals and leave canteen from the designated exit in accordance with the one-way passing principle to avoid group gathering.
学生教室内就餐 Primary and Middle School Students Dining - 每位学生固定座位就餐、确保座位人员信息可追溯,实行班主任陪餐制。
- Students must get seated according to the fixed seating charts to ensure that the personal information can be traceable and accompanied by the homeroom teacher.
- 就餐完毕后,所有餐具集中放置在教室外的收纳盒中。由餐厅相关人员收回。
- All the tableware should be put into the storage box outside of the classroom after finishing the lunch and canteen staff will deal with them
※ 临时留观区 Temporary Observation Area 当发生紧急情况–晨检、午检或其他时间段师生及其他人员出现发热、呕吐、晕倒等症状,按照相关流程启动应急措施,送至临时留观区。 Emergency – If any faculty, students or other people have a fever, emesis, faint during morning check, afternoon check or other-periods, relative processes will be activated and the person will be sent to the Temporary Observation Area. 学校已设置两间独立的临时留观区,由专人负责清洁,消毒和维护。防疫物资、设备准备充分,随时可投入使用。 The Temporary Observation Area have been located in the airy open space, which is composed of two isolation rooms and a private bathroom. A specialized person has been assigned to take charge of sanitation and epidemic work at the temporary observation area. Prevention supplies and equipment are fully prepared and can be used at any time. ※ 防疫知识宣传篇 Publicity of Epidemic Prevention Knowledge
- 公共区域的防疫知识宣传,循环播放新冠病毒的防疫宣传片、张贴防疫知识宣传海报,随时随地让学生们了解相关的防疫知识和要点。
- Epidemic prevention videos and publicity knowledge will be played in a loop on the public projective equipment to give the convenience for students to know the prevention knowledge and key points at any time.

- Visible social distance publicities everywhere: Please Keep 1-Meter Distance in Queue Poster.
- 随处提醒的七步洗手法和其他注意事项宣传
- Seven-Step Hand-Washing Method and other prevention publicities should be reminded everywhere.
※ 防疫物资准备篇 Prevention Supplies Preparation
- 在专用的防疫物资存放室,防疫使用的消毒水、口罩、隔离衣、防护服、额温枪、耳温枪、空气消毒剂、消毒陪护、消毒包、护目镜等防疫物资全部到位。
- Disinfectant water, masks, Isolation clothing, protective clothing, goggles, forehead thermometers, ear thermometers, air disinfectant, disinfection escorts, disinfection sets etc. are placed in Prevention Supply Room.
