为进一步提升全民消防安全素质，夯实火灾防控基础，维护消防安全形式稳定，提高突发事件的应变水平，我校于4月25日、5月5日和5月8日为行政团队、后勤支持团队以及服务供应商开展了消防安全理论知识培训及实操演练。In order to further improve the fire safety quality, to lay a solid foundation for fire prevention and control, and to improve the level of emergency response, Shanghai United International School Wanyuan Campus conducted fire safety training and field practice for administration, logistics support team and service providers on April 25th, May 5th and May 8th .此次培训及演练有效提高了员工防患意识和自救互救能力，增强了大家的消防理论知识和具体实操能力，为师生的生命安全、校园安全提供了更佳的保障。The training and exercise effectively improved the staff members’ awareness of disaster prevention and the ability of self-rescue and assistance for others, and provided a better guarantee for the life safety of staff members and students, as well as the overall campus safety.行政团队成员在全力校长带领下学习了消防器材的实际操作部分，进行了消防软管的铺设和接入，了解了消防栓具体的操作步骤以后，又逐员进行了灭火器的实际操作过程，对此有了更深刻的了解。Administrative team members, led by campus principal Dr. Paul Quan, participated actively not only in the training session but also the practical parts including use of fire equipment, laying and accessing of fire hose. They gained a more profound understanding of the fire hydrant operating procedures, and each member operated fire extinguishers.

食堂的消防安全一直是学校安全工作中的重点之一。此次培训中，我们详细讲解了相关消防安全知识、餐厅存在的消防安全隐患、厨房火灾隐患排查，火场逃生和灭火器使用知识等内容，还涉及了安全用气、安全用电以及扑救措施，并列举了实例说明。除此之外，针对厨房工作人员的演练主要以扑救炉灶着火展开，力求让后厨所有工作人员正确掌握使用灭火毯、灭火器扑救灶台着火的动作要领。Canteen fire safety has always been one of the priorities of school safety work. In this training, we explained in detail the relevant fire safety knowledge, the potential risks in the cafeteria, the prevention of kitchen fire, escape process and the use of fire extinguishers, as well as gas and electricity safety and listed actual examples. In addition, the drill for the kitchen staff mainly focuses on putting out stove fire, so that all staff members in kitchen can correctly use fire blankets and fire extinguishers.

保安是校园安全的第一道防线，不仅要具备全面的安保技能，同时还要具备处理应急火情的本领。此次学校对安保人员进行了消防知识培训以及器材演练。除此之外，还安排了消防疏散的实操演练。Security staff, as the first line of defense of school safety, not only possess comprehensive security skills such as anti-terrorism, but also have the ability to handle emergency fire situations. Training and practice for security staff members included not only fire knowledge, equipment usage but also evacuation procedures.保洁员工是校园环境和师生最亲密的接触者。及时发现安全隐患，具备消防技能也是保洁员工应有的素质，这有助于学校及时发现风险并防患于未然。此次我们的消防培训也针对保洁员工展开。Janitorial staff members have the most intimate contact with campus environment, teachers and students. Timely detection of safety hazards and possession of fire fighting skills would also improve quality of janitorial staff. This training included janitorial staff and it helps the school to identify risks and take measures accordingly.
针对校车人员的消防培训主要围绕车辆发生火灾的原因及预防、初起火情的处置方法、组织学生逃生与自救等方面进行展开。此举可以进一步提高校车驾驶员及校车妈咪的消防安全意识，有效预防和减少校车火灾事故的发生，增强处置车辆发生火灾的能力和技巧，以便更好的应对潜在的火灾隐患及突发状况。Security staff, as the first line of defense of school safety, not only possess comprehensive security skills such as anti-terrorism, but also have the ability to handle emergency fire situations. 通过本次消防培训，学校进一步增强了人员在工作和生活中“关注消防、平安你我”的消防意识，掌握了基本消防知识和灭火技能。此举为学校创造了更加良好的消防安全环境，为建设平安校园增加了多一份保障。Through the fire training and drill, the school further enhanced the staff members’ fire prevention awareness and skills. This helps the school to create a better fire safety environment and assists the building of a safe campus.此外，学校每年举行2次全校性的消防安全疏散演练，始终将校园安全放在工作的首位。让我们共同用实际行动来诠释，不断提升安全意识和安全技能，一同共筑校园安全。We have whole school emergency evacuation drill, fire drill twice a year and we have always put campus safety at the top of its priorities. Let us improve the safety awareness and skills, take actions and build our campus safety together.
