秋阳高照,10月28日是小学部班主任的团建日。一大早,班主任老师们就来到校园,参加我们的团建自培活动。老师们分为两组:进入协和不久的老师们参加案例分享专场;经验较丰富的老师则参加心理工作坊的体验活动。
Today was the team building day for primary class teachers. The class teachers came to the school to participate in the team building activities. The teachers were divided into two groups: one group, the newest members of our teaching team, participated in the case sharing session; the other group was the experienced teachers who participated in the psychological workshop activities.
在案例分享专场,我们邀请了王玥、崔春芸、黄惠琴、胡琳瑛四位老师为年轻老师们分析了她们在工作中遇到的学生德育问题,分享了她们处理问题的方式和经验。
In the case sharing session, we invited Wang Yue, Cui Chunyun, Huang Huiqin and Hu Linyi to analyze the moral education problems of the students they met at work and share their methods and experiences in dealing with the problems for the young teachers.
王玥老师在教育犯错的学生时保护学生的自尊心;崔春芸老师经常与家长沟通,解决学生行规问题;黄惠琴老师面对情绪化的学生时颇有方法;胡琳瑛老师深入了解学生家庭情况,走近孩子的心灵。老师们的爱心值得称颂,教育方法值得借鉴。年轻老师也提出自己在班主任德育方面的困惑和难题,老师们讨论、交流,各抒己见。
Ms. Wang protects students’ self-esteem while educating students who make mistakes; Ms. Cui often communicates with parents to solve the students’ behavior problems; Ms. Huang has a lot of ways to face emotional students; Ms. Hu has a deep understanding of the family situation of the students and approaches the children’s hearts. A teacher’s care for students is worthy of praise, and the educational methods are worth learning. The young class teachers also raised their own confusion and problems in the area of moral education. The teachers discussed, exchanged and expressed their opinions.
再来看看王娟老师主持的班主任心理工作坊,王娟老师以“缺失的一角”引入主题,接着老师们分成小组,用彩纸、剪刀、胶带进行创意拼搭。有趣的是小组合作的过程中不能说话,小组成员只能通过非语言进行沟通。完成后,各小组介绍作品的创意和特色。最后大家反思合作过程中的优势和问题,感受沟通、分工以及合作的力量。
Let’s take a look at the class teacher’s psychological workshop hosted by Wang Juan. Ms. Wang introduced the theme with the “missing corner”, and then the teachers divided into groups. They used color paper, scissors and tape to create creative puzzles, but an interesting caveat was that the group had to cooperate without speaking; the team members could only use non-verbal communication. After completing the puzzles, the groups presented the creativity and features of the work. Finally, everyone reflected on the advantages and problems in the process of cooperation and felt the power of communication and cooperation.
两个专场结束后,老师们集中到音乐教室,参加由三年级班主任主办的班主任沙龙。这场沙龙采用P4C的形式,讨论如何经营好我们的班级。老师们将班级比作家庭,在发言中提炼问题,选择问题并分组讨论。最后,老师们从精打细算、磕磕绊绊、多姿多彩、携手并进这四个方面总结出制定规则、营造班风、组织活动、携手共赢的好方法。
After these two special sessions, the teachers went to the music classroom to attend the class teacher’s salon sponsored by Grade 3 class teachers. This salon used P4C teaching model to discuss how to run our class. The teachers compared the class to the family, refining the questions in the speeches, selecting the questions and discussing them in groups. Finally, the teachers summed up the good methods of formulating rules, creating class styles, organizing activities and working together for a win-win situation.
说到P4C课堂模式,小学部的老师们并不陌生。早在2014年,我们就引入P4C模式,并进行教师培训。这几年来,我们不断探索,宋靓老师以P4C的形式开展美德主题公开课;刘桂香和聂艳婷老师将她们在国外学到的P4C的经验带给老师们……现在,P4C课堂模式已充分运用在小学部美德主题课和日常德育工作中。
The teachers are familiar with P4C teaching model in the primary school. We introduced P4C teaching model and have been conducting teacher training since 2014. Over the past few years, we have continued to explore. Ms. Song has conducted a public virtue class in the form of P4C. Liu Guixiang and Nie Yanting shared the experience of P4C they have learned abroad with the teachers. Now, the P4C teaching model has been fully utilized in the primary school curriculum and daily moral education.
忙碌而充实的团建日充满着智慧碰撞的火花和不断闪现的灵感,在这个丰收的时节,老师们也收获满满。学高为师、身正为范,我们一直在学习的路上,不断前进!
